Ingredients:
1 tablespoon(s) butter |
1 tablespoon(s) canola oil |
2/3 cup(s) flour |
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) paprika |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper |
1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic powder |
2 1/2 - 3 pound(s) chicken cut up |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 425 F. Place butter and oil in13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish and put in oven for butter to melt. 2. Mix flour and spices together and coat chicken with mixture (you can use a paper or plastic bag and shake the chicken, a few pieces at a time, with the mixture). 3. Place chicken, skin side down in pan. Bake 35 minutes. Turn; bake until done, about 15-20 minutes longer. Remove from pan and serve. |
