From Mom's recipe box. Ingredients:
1/2 cup sour cream |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon celery salt |
1/2 teaspoon paprika |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper |
1 (3 lb) broiler-fryer chickens, cut in pieces |
1 cup breadcrumbs |
2 tablespoons vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Combine sour cream, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, celery salt, paprika, garlic, salt and pepper in a shallow dish. Dip chicken in cream, then in bread crumbs. 3. Coat a rimmed cookie sheet with oil. Place chicken on cookie sheet and place in oven. Bake 45-50 minutes, until cooked through. Turn over halfway through. |
