Oven-Fried Catfish

I have made it several times and it is very good. When I am out of crushed cornflakes I use panko crumbs and spray the top with butter flavored Pam to brown.
Ingredients:
1 cup crushed corn flakes
3/4 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 garlic powder
6 catfish fillets (6 oz. ea)
1/3 cup butter, melted
Directions:
1. In a shallow bowl, combine the cornflakes, celery salt, onion powder, paprika, pepper and garlic powder. Brush the fish fillets with butter, coat with crumb mixture.
2. Place in a greased 13 x 9 baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
