Oven Fried Bisquick Chicken |

A favorite at our house. I got this off of a box of bisquick about 30 years ago and have been making it ever since. Ingredients:
3 lbs chicken, cut up |
2/3 cup bisquick |
1 tablespoon butter |
1 1/4 teaspoons salt |
1 1/2 teaspoons paprika |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425°F. 2. Melt butter in 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan in the hot oven. 3. Mix dry ingredients together very well and coat chicken. 4. Place chicken skin side down in hot butter and bake 35 minutes; turn and bake another 15 minutes. |
