You can make this the night before and it will be ready to put in the oven in the morning. It's a nice light, fluffy omelet. Ingredients:
8 eggs |
1/2 cup half-and-half |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1 cup finely chopped cooked ham |
1/4 cup minced green pepper |
1/4 cup minced onion |
1/4 teaspoon parsley (optional) |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs and half and half until light and fluffy. 2. Stir in the cheese, ham, green pepper,onion and parsley. 3. Pour into a greased 9in square baking dish. 4. Bake at 400* for 25 minutes or until set. |
