This recipe is easy and good Ingredients:
1 lb fish fillet |
1/2 cup milk |
3 teaspoons salt |
1 cup corn flake crumbs |
4 teaspoons butter, melted |
Directions:
1. Cut fish into serving pieces allowing about 1/4 lb for each serving. 2. Combine milk and salt. 3. Dip fish in milk, then in corn flake crumbs. 4. Arrange on well-oiled baking sheet. 5. Sprinkle fish with melted butter. 6. Bake at 500 F for 15 min or until tender. |
