This is just a great potato side dish. Ingredients:
2 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced |
3 tablespoons butter or 3 tablespoons margarine, melted |
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
salt, to taste |
Directions:
1. Arrange potatoes in an ungreased 1 1/2-quart baking dish. 2. Combine butter, onion, pepper, and salt. 3. Pour over potatoes. 4. Bake uncovered at 425°F for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. |
