Ingredients:
2 pounds onions
Directions:
1. Chop 2 pounds onions; place in a lightly greased roasting pan. Bake at 200° for 6 hours or until the onions are evenly browned, stirring occasionally. Cool. Serve immediately, or freeze in 1/2-cup portions in heavy-duty zip-top bags.
