Delicious and very easy. Ingredients:
2 lbs pork spareribs |
1 cup catsup |
1/8 cup vinegar |
2 tablespoons dry mustard |
1 onion, grated |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon clove |
1/4 teaspoon allspice |
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
Directions:
1. Brown ribs in a Dutch oven. 2. Mix all remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. 3. Bake at 350F for about 1 hour. |
