Ingredients:
6 (1/2-inch-thick) pork loin chops |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 cup water |
1/4 cup vinegar |
1/4 cup chili sauce |
3 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar |
2 tablespoons dry mustard |
Directions:
1. Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper; place in a greased 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking dish, and set aside. 2. Combine water, vinegar, chili sauce, sugar, and mustard; mix well. Pour sauce over pork chops. Cover and bake at 400° for 1 hour. Uncover and continue baking 30 minutes. 3. Remove chops to a serving platter. Pour remaining sauce over chops. |
