A great recipe for 2. Ingredients:
2 chicken legs |
1 tablespoon canola oil |
1/4 cup ketchup |
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1 tablespoon cider vinegar |
1 tablespoon steak sauce |
1 dash hot pepper sauce |
Directions:
1. In a large nonstick skillet, brown chicken in oil. Transfer to an 8-in. square baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. In a bowl, combine the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, vinegar, steak sauce and hot pepper sauce; pour over chicken. 2. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 55-60 minutes or until chicken juices run clear, basting every 15 minutes with sauce. |
