Created for RSC#6. These are the perfect side dish for burgers. Enjoy! Ingredients:
4 red potatoes |
3/4 cup breadcrumbs |
1 teaspoon basil |
1 teaspoon parsley |
1 teaspoon seasoning salt |
1 teaspoon chili powder |
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon paprika |
1/2 teaspoon oregano |
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese |
2 eggs |
3 teaspoons powdered milk |
Directions:
1. Slice potatoes in half lengthwise and then cut each half into 5 wedges 2. Combine breadcrumbs and seasonings in a bowl 3. In a separate bowl, combine eggs and milk powder and mix well 4. Dip each wedge into egg mixture and then into breadcrumb mixture 5. Place breaded wedges on a lightly greased baking sheet or baking stone 6. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes, flip wedges, and bake for 20 minutes more 7. Serve hot from the oven |
