flavorful healthy mixed veggies Ingredients:
1/2 green pepper |
1/2 red pepper |
1 small onion |
1 small squash |
3/5 zucchini |
1 tsp smart balance |
1/2 tsp garlic |
1/2 tsp seasoned salt |
1/2 tsp cajun seasoning |
Directions:
1. cut veggies in to chunks, toss with smart balance oil (or olive oil), season with spices (I like tony's cajun seasoning), cover with foil and bake for 30-45 minutes at 350 |
