Gotta love a fry...not matter how it's cooked. Ingredients:
6 russet potatoes, washed and sliced into wedges |
olive oil |
garlic powder |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to375 2. Mix oil, garlic, salt and pepper in large mixing bowl 3. Add potatoes and toss to coat 4. Place on baking sheet in single layer (I use non stick foil to line) 5. Bake 30-40 minutes, flipping over half way through |
