I found this recipe on Nancy'sKitchen Newsletter and tweaked it a bit. Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts |
salt and pepper to taste |
3/4 c. evaporated milk |
1 1/4 c. crushed corn flakes |
1/2 c. self-rising flour |
1/2 c. melted margarine |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375° 2. Mix crushed cornflakes and flour. 3. Dip chicken breasts in milk and roll in dry ingredients. 4. Place in foil lined baking pan. 5. Do not crowd. 6. Sprinkle with melted margarine and bake for 1 hour or until tender. |
