Ingredients:
1 tablespoon(s) butter |
2/3 cup(s) flour |
1-1/2 teaspoon(s) paprika |
1-1/4 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper |
1 breast remove skin |
4 thighs remove skin |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 425. Melt butter in a 13 x 9 baking dish. Stir together flour, paprika, salt, and pepper; coat chicken. Place skin sides down in dish. Bake 35 min; turn chicken. Bake about 15 min. longer or until juice is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut. 2. Sometimes I sprinkle in some grated parmesan cheese, garlic powder or garlic pepper, onion powder. |
