Extremely good and easy to make, I usually like to bake mine rather then do it ontop of the stove. My family and friends love this recipe. Ingredients:
all of these are 14-16oz cans. |
1 of each green beans, pork & beans, kidney beans (all drained) |
1 chili with beans and 1 chile without beans |
1 bunch of green onions, sliced |
1 bell pepper, diced |
1 cup chili sauce |
2/3 cup brown sugar |
1/2 lb. cooked, drained, cooled and crumbled bacon |
Directions:
1. Put all of the ingredients in a large pot and heat through 2. Put in a greased casserole dish and bake in the oven about 2 hours at 325* or so 3. This makes about 1 1/2 quarts, I usually double the recipe so I can hopefully have some leftover. 4. Enjoy |
