Love the taste and texture of dried beans but when in a hurry,this super quick recipe comes to the rescue. Ingredients:
2 cans pinto or kidney beans,drained and rinsed |
2 c of your favorite spicy bbq sauce |
1 tsp dried oregano |
1 tsp coriander |
1 tsp cumin |
1 tsp onion powder |
1 tsp garlic powder |
1 tsp salt |
1 tsp dried chili flakes,or more to taste |
1/2 tsp black pepper |
water,as needed |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to a Crock-Pot and add water to cover and cook on low for 1 hour. Season to taste,serve hot. |
