Fire up the grill! Ingredients:
16 fresh jumbo shrimp |
1/4 cup chili sauce |
1/4 cup chili powder |
2 tablespoons sugar |
2 tablespoons garlic powder |
1 tablespoon cumin |
1 tablespoon coriander |
1 tablespoon tabasco sauce |
salt, to taste |
16 fluid ounces heavy cream |
2 fluid ounces tabasco jalapeno sauce |
1 tablespoon horseradish |
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro |
Directions:
1. Peel and de-vein the shrimp. 2. Combine all the marinade ingredients and marinate the shrimp in the fridge overnight. 3. Combine the dipping sauce ingredients and keep chilled. 4. Grill the marinated shrimp over hot coals for 2 minutes on each side. 5. Dip and eat. |
