I grew up loving this and have been making it for my family and friends for decades. Even though it's a little more work than your standard tuna salad, it's worth it! Ingredients:
3 (195 g) cans tuna |
3 eggs, hard boiled |
1 stalk celery, sliced |
1 onion, chopped |
1 tart apple, chopped |
1 bunch green seedless grape, halved |
pepper |
mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Combine everything leaving the grapes for last. 2. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours that the flavors can develop. 3. Great served with salad and potato/ taco chips. |
