2 tablespoons butter |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
2 teaspoons soy sauce |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon minced fresh ginger (or ginger powder) |
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan, combine ingredients. 2. Cook and stir until sugar is dissolved. 3. Brush on salmon while grilling. |
