Basic egg salad, nothing fancy but low in calories Ingredients:
2 tbsp mayonnaise |
2 eggs |
3 tbsp green onions |
1 tsp dry mustard |
Directions:
1. Hard boil 2 eggs (10 minutes) 2. Cool under cold water tap. 3. Remove shell. Using a spoon, cut apart egg into small pieces (like you are peeling an apple). 4. Add 2 tbsp light mayo, mix well. dd 1 tsp dry mustard and 3 or more tbsp chopped green onion. 5. Enjoy! |
