tasty and easy stew. Goes well over rice or corn bread. We often use blue moon as the beer
Ingredients:
12 ounces beer
1 large chopped green pepper
1 large chopped red onion
5 garlic cloves
2 (28 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes or 2 (28 ounce) cans whole canned tomatoes
4 skinless boneless raw chicken breasts
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. combine all into large stock pot.
2. cook medium heat for 4 hours.
