A delicious corn bread casserole that was a college favorite because it's simple, inexpensive and tastes like good home cooking! Ingredients:
1/2 cup margarine, melted |
1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained |
1 (14.75 ounce) can creamed corn |
1 (8.5 ounce) package dry corn bread mix |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 2. In a large bowl combine melted margarine, corn, creamed corn and corn bread mix. Transfer to a 9x13 inch baking dish. 3. Bake in preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, or until center is set and top is light golden brown. Let cool 5 minutes before serving. |
