Orzo with Shrimp and Feta |

Ingredients:
10 ounce(s) orzo |
1 tablespoon(s) butter |
1 1/4 pound(s) medium shrimp |
1/8 teaspoon(s) coarsely ground black pepper |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
3 medium tomatoes coarsely chopped |
4 ounce(s) garlic and herb flavored feta cheese |
Directions:
1. * in saucepot, cook orzo * in nonstick 10-inch skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add shrimp, salt and pepper, and cook 3 to 5 minutes or until shrimp turn opaque throughout. Add tomatoes and cook 30 seconds, stirring. Remove skillet from heat * drain orzo, toss with shrimp mixture and feta cheese |
