Orzo With Parsley and Lemon |

Another Rachael Ray recipe. Ingredients:
1/2 lb orzo pasta |
coarse salt |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
2 large lemons, zest of |
black pepper |
1/4 cup parsley, chopped |
Directions:
1. Cook orzo in salted water 12 min, to al dente. 2. Drain well, but do not rinse. 3. Transfer to a serving bowl. Drizzle with oil, and season with salt and pepper. 4. Toss with zest and parsley, and serve. |
