Orzo with Parmesan and Fresh Basil

Ingredients:
14 oz chicken stock
60 grams grated parmesan
1/4 cup fresh basil
1 cup orzo
Directions:
1. Bring chicken stock to a boil
2. Add uncooked orzo and cover.
3. Reduce heat and simmer until orxo is tender and liquid is absorbed (about 15-20 minutes.
4. Mix in parmesan cheese and chopped basil.
5. Makes siz 1/2 cup servings.
6. Can also add grilled veggies, mushrooms, or sauted spinach for some extra healthy bulk.
