From 365 Ways to Cook Pasta. Great side dish for chicken! Ingredients:
1 cup orzo pasta |
1/2 cup crumbled asiago cheese, ceese |
2 tablespoons butter |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley |
Directions:
1. Cook orzo in plenty of boiling salted water. Drain. 2. Return to saucepan with cheese, butter and parsley. Toss to blend and serve. |
