This is really easy and tasty, can modify to make all sorts of varieties Ingredients:
1 cup orzo |
fresh parsley |
pre-cooked shrimp (about 1/2 lb.) |
2 tomatoes |
i cucumber |
1 red onion |
4 oz. feta |
salt and pepper to taste |
your favorite salad dressing |
Directions:
1. Cook and drain orzo 2. Grill shrimp until warmed up 3. Mix everything together 4. Excellent warm, cold or room temperture |
