8 ounces orzo pasta, cooked drained and rinsed under cold water (1 cup) |
1 large grilled tomato |
4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled |
1/3 cup snipped fresh dill |
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice |
3 tablespoons olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Whisk dressing ingredients in a large serving bowl until blended. 2. Add remaining ingredients. 3. Toss to mix and coat. |
