15 ounce can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 ear of corn
1/2 red bell pepper
2/3 cup salsa
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cumin
2 tbsp lemon juice
Directions:
1. Cook orzo.
