Ingredients:
1 pound(s) chicken breasts cut in smal chunks |
1 bottle(s) mojo marinade |
1 can(s) black beans in large can |
4-6 piece(s) bacon cooked |
1 bag(s) yellow rice cooked |
sour cream |
lemon juice |
Directions:
1. marinade the chicken according to the instructions on the mojo (at least one hour prior to cooking) 2. cook the yellow rice according to the instructions 3. while rice is cooking, begin cooking the chicken in a frying pan 4. fry the bacon 5. heat the black beans over low heat 6. add the fried bacon in very small pieces to the black beans, continue to heat while the rest of the meal is cooking 7. serve portions of each on plates (tastes great mixed together) 8. add sour cream and a splash of lemon juice |
