1 cup shortening |
2 (16-ounce) packages powdered sugar, sifted and divided |
1 egg white |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup half-and-half |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Combine shortening and one package of sugar; beat well. Add remaining ingredients, beating until smooth. 2. Note: Icing may be stored in an airtight container in refrigerator for several days. |
