Traditional Minnesotan soul food. Anyone can make this and everyone will love this. Promise! Hint: Try to make it your own by varying the veggies, using ground turkey or meatless crumble, or using different cream soups. This is the way my dad made it when I was little... Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef |
1 (8 ounce) can cream of chicken soup |
2 (8 ounce) cans green beans |
1 (28 ounce) package frozen tater tots |
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef in a skillet. 2. Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a casserole (glass baking dish) with nonstick spray. 3. Mix veggies, cream soup, and meat in casserole. 4. Top with tater tots. 5. Bake for 1 hour. 6. Enjoy! |
