I replace the skim milk with Rice Beverage or even soy milk sometimes. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup skim milk |
1 cup vanilla yogurt |
1/4 cup strawberries |
1/2 cup apricots |
1/2 cup blueberries |
1/2 banana |
1 tsp. cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Cut up fruit 2. Put Everything in a blender, mix and enjoy! |
