Spread small amount of custard on bottom of 1-1/2 quart baking dish; cover with layers of 1/3 each of the rmaining wafers and sliced bannans. Por about 1/3 of remaining custard. Continue to layer wafers, banans and custard to make a total of 3 layers of each ending with custard. 3. BEAT egg whits on high speed of electric mixer unit soft peaks form gradually add remaining 2tbsp SPLENDA (1/4 cup sugar) beating untill stiff peaks form. Spoon over custard spread even to cover entire surface or custard and sealing well to edge 4. BAKE 15-20 minute or until lightly browned. Cool slightly. Top with reserved 12 Wafers just before serving 5. Makes 12 Servings, 2/3 cus each 6. Special Extra: Garnish with additional banana slices, if desired. |
