From a local grocery store cookbook. Goes well with pork. Ingredients:
1 small lemon |
2 tablespoons peanut oil |
2 (6 ounce) bags snow peas |
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce |
1/4 teaspoon sugar |
Directions:
1. Grate peel from lemon and set aside. 2. In a 10inch skillet, heat oil over high heat until hot but not smoking. 3. Add peas and cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. 4. Remove skillet from heat, stir in soy sauce and sugar, sprinkle lemon over the top and serve. |
