Grilled shrimp are marinated in and then glazed with a tangy tomato, soy, orange and ginger sauce. You'll make this often! Ingredients:
1 (10.75 ounce) can campbell's® condensed tomato soup (regular or 25% less sodium) |
1/4 cup orange juice |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger |
1 1/2 pounds large shrimp, shelled and deveined |
Directions:
1. Mix soup, orange juice, soy, oil and ginger in shallow nonmetallic dish. Add shrimp and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. 2. Thread shrimp on 6 long skewers. 3. Grill kabobs 10 minutes or until done, turning and brushing often with marinade. 4. Heat remaining marinade to a boil and serve with shrimp. |
