Nice baked chicken recipe where the chicken has lots of flavour and is popular with all chicken lovers. I've passed this on to many of my friends.
Ingredients:
6 skinless chicken thighs
2 tablespoons corn oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup onion
Directions:
1. Line baking dish with aluminum foil.
2. Remove skin from the chicken and place in dish.
3. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
4. Bake uncovered at 350 turning and basting every 15 minutes.
5. Bake until nicely browned and juiced run clear.
