A great marinade to use before grilling or as a precursor to stir-fries. :) Ingredients:
1/4 cup sesame seeds |
2/3 cup red wine vinegar |
1/2 cup light soy sauce |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
1 tablespoon sesame oil |
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes |
Directions:
1. Heat small skillet over high heat; when hot, add sesame seeds and swirl until seeds become light brown and fragrant. 2. Remove from heat. 3. When seeds are cool, combine with other ingredients. 4. Use marinade on meats several hours before cooking. |
