This is very popular at our house and the amounts vary each time. Ingredients:
1 egg, whisked |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
2 teaspoons mustard |
1 clove crushed garlic |
1 pinch salt |
1 pinch pepper |
1 pinch ground ginger |
1 lb ground beef |
1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs |
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds |
2 sliced green onions |
Directions:
1. Mix all together. 2. Shape into 4 patties. 3. BBQ, Broil or Saute, your choice. |
