iThs is an old recipe but a great one. *not my pic Ingredients:
12 c bean sprouts, fresh |
2 c red cabbage, shredded |
1/2 c sunflower seeds |
1/2 c toastd sesame seeds |
1 pkg crunched up oriental noodles..save the seasoning package for the dressing |
1 pkg chow mein noodles |
dressing |
3/4 c oil...i use olive |
1/2 c soy sauce |
seasoning packet from the noodles |
Directions:
1. Mix all salad ingredients. Mix salad dressing and pour over just before serving. |
