Good alternative to coleslaw.
Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) bag coleslaw mix
4 green onions
1 (10 ounce) jar roasted sunflower seeds
2 (3 ounce) packages chicken-flavored ramen noodles
1 cup oil
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
Directions:
1. mix slaw mix, seeds,onions, and crushed ramen noodles.
2. make dressing: both spice packs from noodles, oil,vinegar, and sugar. Mix until sugar dissolves. Pour over salad 30 mins before serving.
