Good alternative to coleslaw. Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) bag coleslaw mix |
4 green onions |
1 (10 ounce) jar roasted sunflower seeds |
2 (3 ounce) packages chicken-flavored ramen noodles |
1 cup oil |
1/2 cup vinegar |
1/2 cup sugar |
Directions:
1. mix slaw mix, seeds,onions, and crushed ramen noodles. 2. make dressing: both spice packs from noodles, oil,vinegar, and sugar. Mix until sugar dissolves. Pour over salad 30 mins before serving. |
