3 packages ramen noodles, prepared according to directions and drained |
1 cabbage, shredded |
8 scallions, chopped |
1/4 cup apple juice |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1 teaspoon minced ginger |
1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar |
1 dash pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients. 2. Chill for a minimum of 2 hours. |
