Oriental Orange-Ginger Mushrooms |

An easy mushroom recipe with an Asian flavour. Ingredients:
1/3 cup orange juice |
1/2 teaspoon grated orange zest |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
2 cloves fresh garlic, pressed or finely minced |
2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated or finely minced |
4 cups sliced mushrooms |
Directions:
1. Combine orange juice, zest, soy sauce, garlic and ginger in a large nonstick skillet. 2. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. 3. Add mushrooms. 4. Cook, stirring frequently, until most of the liquid is gone. |
