Found this in the Dallas Morning News a number of years ago. Excellent with pork and chicken. Ingredients:
1 cup soy sauce |
1 orange, juice of |
2 tablespoons black soy sauce |
1/4 cup chili oil |
4 garlic cloves |
1 tablespoon hot chili sauce |
2 tablespoons a-1 steak sauce |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon sesame oil |
1/4 cup ginger, minced |
2 tablespoons black bean garlic sauce |
2 tablespoons peanut butter |
Directions:
1. Mix well and let rest for 2 hours before using. |
