Gives flavor to any meat you use it with. Ingredients:
1/2 cup soy sauce |
1/4 cup water |
1 tablespoon oil |
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
1 teaspoon sugar |
garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Mix all together in a zip-lock bag. 2. Add beef, pork, chicken or fish. 3. Marinate at least 4 hours. 4. Overnight gives most flavor. |
