Cold linguine salad for warm summer days. My mother-in-law made this once and I just fell in love with it. Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) package linguine, prepared as directed |
1 japanese cucumber, cubed |
1 medium tomato, diced |
2 cups imitation crabmeat |
2 tablespoons nori, furikake |
asian-style dressing |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients, add dressing to taste, chill and serve. |
