I got this recipe several years ago from a friend. It is delicious. My family would eat eat once a week if I would let them. Ingredients:
2 -3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded |
1 bunch green onion, chopped |
1 tablespoon sesame oil |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 cup peanut oil |
Directions:
1. Put hot shredded chicken in a shallow baking dish. 2. Cover with chopped green onions. 3. Mix Sesame oil, soy sauce and salt. 4. Pour over chicken and onions. 5. Mix. 6. Then heat peanut oil to smoking and pour over chicken and onions. 7. Mix and serve over rice. |
