This quick and easy dish is so good over rice or noodles. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 cup chopped onion |
1/3 cup chopped green pepper |
1 (4 ounce) can mushroom pieces |
1 cup water |
2 tablespoons cornstarch |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef, add onion, green pepper, and mushrooms. 2. Cook for 5 minutes. 3. Mix water, cornstarch, and soy sauce. 4. Stir into meat mixture until smooth and thickened. |
